1 box fettuccine
1 stick butter - melted
1/2 c. light cream
1 egg
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. In a bowl beat egg and add cream and butter. Quickly mix into the drained hot noodles the above mixture and the 1/2 cup of cheese. Toss with fork and spoon until noodles are well coated. Sprinkle some fresh parsley and additional grated cheese on top for garnish.
