4 chicken pieces 4 cups water 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 green onion 4 lime leaves 4 small pieces (1"x1/4") King (Galanga) 1/8 tsp Accent 3 cilantro branches 2 shafts of lemongrass dash of salt dash of fish sauce crushed red pepper to taste
Boil everything except the cilantro, green onion and pepper until the chicken is done. Shred chicken off of the bones and return meat to soup. Add remaining ingredients.
