Sticky rice
2 eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Steam sticky rice.

Boil water, sugar, salt and 2-3 Tbsp coconut milk. Allow to simmer for awhile. Then let cool. Add rice straight from steamer.

Boil eggs and mash the yolks. Add a little coconut milk to make a smooth gravy. Pour over the rice. Place into refrigerator to cool.
