1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
2 Tbsp butter
1 can oysters
3 cups milk (part canned milk)
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery in butter. Add oysters and heat until they curl. Add heated milk and sauces. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup wine may be add, if desired.
