1 jar bamboo
green onion
cilantro
powdered red pepper
salt
Accent
garlic
ground beef (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain bamboo. Cut into 1" pieces. Add thinly sliced green onions and cilantro, pepper, salt and Accent. Mix lightly with hand. Fry garlic (and meat) in oil. Add to mixture when browned. Serve with sticky rice.
