Directions:
Slice a pocket in one side of each steak, cutting almost, but not all they way, to the other side; set aside. In a large skillet cook the onion and garlic in the 1/4 c. hot butter until the onion is tender. Stir in the celery salt and pepper. Stuff pockets with onion mixture; skewer closed. Mix wine and soy sauce; brush on steaks. Preheat gas grill to medium heat. Place steaks on grill rack over heat and cover. Turn steaks once halfway through grilling. Allow 12-14 minutes for medium doneness. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook mushrooms in remaining 1/4 c. butter until tender. Serve steaks with mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
