Ingredients:  
1 quart chopped cabbage
1/2 cup sweet red pepper
1/2 cup sweet green pepper
2 cups ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour over cabbage and peppers
let set 30 minutes

Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp celery seed

bring to rolling boil, cool and pour over cabbage
mixture which has been drained
(good for several days)
