1 lb Sirloin or Round steak
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
garlic salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 ozs mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sour cream

Cut meat in 3/4 inch cubes, dredge in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Brown in hot oil. When meat is browned, add onions and mushrooms and cook till softened. Mix soup, green pepper and Worcestershire Sauce, pour over meat and stir until blended.

Cover skillet and simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream just before serving.

Serve over rice.
