2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1 1/3 c. cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1 2/3 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder, sugar. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add all at once to dry ingredients; stir until just blended. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2" pan. Bake at 400 30 - 35 minutes. (Double recipe for larger pan.)
