1 egg, coddled
1 T anchovy paste
1 T lemon juice
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
2 T seasoned Italian bread crumbs
4 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. Pour over torn Romaine lettuce and add croutons
