4 c. green cabbage, shredded
2 tsp. jalapeņo peppers, minced (canned is best)
1 c. red cabbage, shredded
1 - 11oz. can Mexican style corn, drained

Dressing
3/4 c. ranch dressing
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Shred one large green cabbage and one small red cabbage and measure out. For every 5 cups cabbage, add the above listed ingredients in proportion. Toss together. Mix dressing ingredients and add to cabbage mix. Refrigerate.
