2/3 cups oil
1 tbs vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 baking soda
1/2 cinnamon
21 oz apple fruit filling
1/2 oz walnuts

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 of walnuts

Pre Heat oven to 350. 9 X 13 greased and floured pan.
combine in a large bowl: oil, vanilla and eggs. add flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, fruit filling and 3/4 of the walnuts. Stir 50 strokes until blended. bake for 25-30 minutes.

combine: sugar, sour cream, baking soda, and the rest of the walnuts. cook over med. heat until boiling, pour over hot cake.
