1 lb. ground chuck
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. bacon
1 egg
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Dice and cook bacon; add onion and cook until tender. Drain. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Shape into loaf. Combine glaze and pour over loaf. Bake for one hour at 350.
