1 c. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbls. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. cheddar and Monterey jack cheese blend, divided
salt and cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Stir together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add artichokes, spinach, and garlic. Stir until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine artichoke mixture, lemon juice, 1/2 c. grated cheese, salt, and cayenne pepper. Put mixture in a 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
