1 lb. shrimp, deveined
1/2 c. onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c. celery chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/3 c. bell pepper
3 tbsp. oil
2 cups water
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp. salt

Saute vegetables in oil until tender. Add water, tomatoes, puree and garlic. Simmer 5 minutes. Add worchestershire sauce, hot sauce and salt. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve over rice.
