6 large baking potatoes 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled salt pepper 1 stick of butter
Bake potatoes and cut in half long ways. Scoop out insides and mix with other ingredients except cheese and bacon. Return mixture to potato shells and top with cheese and bacon. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
