Chicken Croquets Recipe

1 chicken
3 Tbsp dry parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
white sauce (see below)
2 eggs, beaten
corn flake crumbs
salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup milk

Bone chicken and break into small pieces. Add onions, parsley, salt, pepper and sauce. Put in refrigerator for a couple hours. Then shape into cone shapes. Roll in flour. Dip in egg. Then dip or roll in corn flake crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.

To make white sauce:
Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Makes 1 cup.
