2 cups orange juice
1 envelop Knox gelatin
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup diced cooked peaches
1 cup diced cooked pears
Mayonnaise
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat orange juice to boiling. Pour into bowl with gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. Add peaches and pears. Pour into 8" square pan and allow to set in refrigerator. Spread top with mayonnaise and sprinkle on grated cheese. Cut into squares.
