12 sweet red peppers
12 green peppers
12 onions
1 Tbsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers and onions. Put in kettle. Pour boiling water over mixture and drain at once. Boil sugar, salt and vinegar for 3 minutes. Add peppers and onions and boil 3 minutes longer. Place in jars and seal.
