Heavy duty foil
All veggies cut in chunks:
Yellow and green squash
Carrots
Onions
Small broccoli pieces
Mushrooms
Cauliflower
Green Pepper
Tomato
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Herbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mound all veggies on top of foil (2 ft) and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and herbs may be added for extra flavor. Take another piece of foil and place on top, folding/rolling the sides of the foil together and bend upwards so your juices won't leak. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or grill on medium high until the juices boil and then reduce heat to low until veggies are tender.
