I Pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese
2 Tbs butter ( no substitutes)
2 pounds white Candy Coating (or can use Chocolate)
1 Cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 in square pan with foil and butter the foil; set aside. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Melt butter, add candy coating heat and stir until melted and smooth (I use the microwave). Pour over cream cheese; beat until smooth and glossy about 10 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Cool Remove from pan and cut into 1" square pieces. Store in refrig.
