3/4 head lettuce (Romaine)
1/2 c. green onions w/tops, chopped
1/2 c. celery with leaves, chopped
toss w/salt & pepper

Toast: 1/2 c. almonds, slivered & 2 tsp. sesame seeds

Dressing:

3 T. vinegar
1/2 c. light oil - I use vegetable
2 T. sugar

1/2 pkg Romen Noodles - crushed (to add just before serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss lettuce mixture with dressing. Toss in almonds, sesame seeds and noodles.

You can add chicken nuggets to the top to get the kids to try it or buy steamed shrimp at the grocery store.
