1 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c milk
1 egg - lightly beaten
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Spoon into a greased 3-cup baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients; sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 -45 minutes.
