1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1 large box cook and serve lemon pudding mix, cooked as directed on box.

Directions:
Directions:
For the cups: Place all of the ingredients except the lemon pudding in a food processor and pulse until the mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
Form the pastry into 24 small balls; press with fingers into the bottom and up the sides of ungreased mini muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes at 350, or until lightly browned. Cool. Remove cups from muffin tins. Spoon lemon pudding in the center.
