3 c. shortening
6 c. sugar
6 c. ground carrots
6 c. ground apples
9 c. flour
6 t. soda
9 t. baking powder
3 t. cinnamon
3 t. nutmeg
1 t. salt
3 c. chopped nuts
2 packets of raisins 1 seedless, 1 seeds
6 t. vanilla
3 c. condensed milk
12 eggs
1 packet fruit mix
1 c. dates
2 c. graham crumbs
2 c. whole wheat flour in place of 2 cups white flour.

Mix all together. This can be canned.
