2 lbs. stew meat
3 onions
6 large carrots
#2 can tomatoes, pint
1 c. diced celery
potatoes
1 T. salt
1 T. sugar
1 T. onion soup mix
3 T. tapioca
1 c. beef broth
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Put all together in roaster. Bake at 250 degree covered 5 -7 hours. Cut carrots and potatoes in small pieces. For double batch use 1 quart tomatoes and 1/2 quart water.
