Ingredients:
2 pkgs of Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 1/2 lbs.hamburger, browned and drained
1 pkg shredded cheese (either Mexican or 4 cheese)
1 egg
1 pkg taco seasoning (either Taco Bell or Lawry's)

Directions:
Directions:
Add taco seasoning to the cooked meat with 1/2 c. water, let simmer into the meat for a few minutes. Take the crescent rolls and pull triangles apart. Take a large cookie sheet or flat oven pan large enough to make a wreath size circle on. Take each piece of triangle and lay on the pan with the pointed end facing away from the middle but leave a space in the center as if you were creating a wreath. Do with both packages of rolls until you have all the ends of the rolls overlapping and pressed down end to end.

Take the hamburger meat and put into a large bowl, add the entire package of cheese and mix together, and the egg and mix again. Take by spoonfuls and lay on top of the crescent rolls leaving enough of the roll to fold over the center of the meat. Do this until all crescent rolls have been folded over the meat mixture. The finish product will be the shape of a wreath. Make sure you tuck the pointed ends underneath the large end of the crescents. It will look like a stuffed bread roll in the shape of a circle.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown. Take out and cut pieces of the wreath. Serve with salsa.
