1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 t. salt
(1 egg for 2 people 1/4 t. salt per egg and lots of flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Knead the above until it is not sticky. Flour counter and roll out. Let rest for 15 minutes. Fold 3 or 4 times then cut to the width desired. Boil in chicken stock for 5 minutes then enjoy.
