3 cups raw potatoes, cubed
1 green pepper or 3 pimentos, chopped
1 small onion, minced
2 cups medium white sauce
salt and pepper
1 jar Cheese Whiz or 3 cups grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Add peppers and cook for 5 minutes more. Drain. Season white sauce with salt and pepper. Add cheese to white sauce. Add white sauce to potatoes. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese. Bake in medium oven (350) until browned.
