CRUST:
16 graham crackers, rolled fine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening (part butter), melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flour

CUSTARD FILLING
3 egg yolks
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the crust ingredients and press into pie pan.

Combine all custard ingredients and cook together until mixture coats the spoon. Pour into the crust. Cover with meringue and brown.
