1 lb.+8 1/2 oz.raw pollock fish
1/2 c. = 1 tsp/ cornmeal
1/4 c. = 1 tsp. vegtable oil
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. mix salt and cornmeal together. dredge fish in mixture. fry fish in hot oil until fish coating is crispy. drain and serve.
