2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add to sugar and oil mixture about 1/3 dry ingredients at a time. Mix well after each addition. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix in carrots and pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool and ice with following recipe.
