2 qt. Water
1/2 lb. dried Apricots
1/2 lb. Raisins
1/2 lb. Prunes
1/4 c. Tapioca
1 small stick Cinnamon
3/4 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place water in a large kettle. Add dried fruit (may add other dried fruit as well). Add the tapioca, cinnamon and sugar. Heat until boiling and boil until prunes are soft (20-30 minutes).

If you like, you may add a piece of orange or lemon rind.

This recipe came from Del's Mother. Warmed in the microwave, it's good for breakfast in the wintertime. We also serve it for Christmas dinner.
