2 c. Flour
3 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
2 t. Vanilla
2 c. Zucchini, shredded & drained
1 c. Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and zucchini just to moisten. Add nuts and pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
