1 T. unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
1 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 egg beaten
2 c. mashed fresh peaches
1/4 t. salt
4 c. whipping cream
1 T. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine gelatin, sugar and buttermilk. Dissolve gelatin and sugar over low heat, stir occasionally. Gradually add hot mixture to egg, stirring constantly. Stir in salt, cream and vanilla. Combine mashed peaches and sugar, add to mixture. Chill, churn and freeze.
