1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can evaporated milk
oregano, garlic, jalapeņos chopped to taste (1 1/2 t. each)
12 oz. cheddar cheese
2 lb. ground beef
1 bag plain tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and discard fat. Add spices then blend these with soups that have already been blended together. Mix these ingredients well. Place tortilla chips on bottom of 9 x 13 pan and pour mixture over tortilla chips. Grate cheese and sprinkle over mixture. Bake until cheese is melted about 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
