3 eggs
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. brown sugar
Crust:
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
2/3 c. plus 2 TB. shortening
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4-5 tsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add Karo syrup, nuts, vanilla, butter and salt. Mix. Bake @ 450 for 10 minutes and 350 for 30 minutes. Bake it on a cookie sheet in case it spills over.
