1 cup strong coffee
2/3 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven 350
Combine 2/3 cup cooled coffee and cinnamon and let stand
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs one at a time; beat well Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to coffee mixture
Mix all together just until moistened
Bake in greased 8x8 pan for 20-25 minutes
While warm, spread with coffee frosting:
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
2 or 3 tablespoons strong coffee
Allow to cool before serving
