8 c. stoned sour cherries, ground 1 1/2 c. cherry juice or water Cook 15 minutes then add 12 c. sugar then boil for 4 minutes. Take off of the heat and add 1 1/2 t. almond flavoring 1 1/2 t. red food coloring
