(key is sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese)
12-14 potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion
16 oz of sour cream
1 stick Margarine or butter
pound shar or extra sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil and add potatoes bring back to boil and boil 12 minutes then begin checking for doneness.
Cool Peel and grate potatoes.
Sauce:
Melt margarine add onion and grated cheese with remaining ingredients
Mix into potatoes. Spread in large casserole dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Melt butter & add crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of dish and cook 5 more minutes...
