3 lbs boneless beef (chuck Roast is good)
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consume
1 can beef broth
1 tsp of beef bouillon (1 cube)
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put these ingredients in a slow cooker and cook over night or 6-8 hours in crock pot.

Buy hoagie buns and baby Swiss or provolone cheese
Preparation of buns is up to you. I put miracle whip or mayo on toasted bun then meat and broil melt the cheese on top.
Serve with potato salad or French fries along with a cup of the juice for dipping.
