2 branches cilantro 1/2 green onion 1 clove garlic 1/4 tsp King (Galanga) Accent salt crushed red pepper 1 small, lean steak
Dry steak in oven on low heat for hours. (Must be completely dry!) Beat hard with a mallot. Slice very thin. Pound meat with mallot in bowl until fine. Add all but cilantro and pepper. Beat more. Mix in remaining ingredients.
