1 - cook 6-8 sweet potatoes peal and slice long ways 2. peal and slice 3 apples (Tart) 3. arrange sweet potatoes and apples in casserole dish and cover with following sauce Sauce: 1 cup sugar 2 cups water ¼ lb margarine or butter 3 Tbs corn starch 1 tsp salt ½ lemon - juice (a little bit more)
Heat the water and sugar melting in margarine and other ingredients. Add corn starch to thicken.
