2 Tbsp grated onion
2 Tbsp margarine
3 slices toast, cubed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp soy sauce
12-16 large, fresh mushroom caps

Directions:
Directions:
Heat onion, crushed mushroom stems and butter. Cook 5 minutes. Add toast, seasonings, broth and soy sauce. Fill caps. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
