1 can pumpkin
1/2 cup white corn syrup
3/4 cup light brown sugar

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 Tbsp rum flavoring
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pumpkin, corn syrup and brown sugar in a double boiler. Combine remaining ingredients. Add hot pumpkin to egg mixture and fill unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour, until set.
