1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

You can add chocolate chips, oatmeal, nuts. Just add a little moisture to be able to drop or roll into a ball.

Lemon cake mix makes great lemon cookies and take powdered sugar and add lemon juice for icing.

Icing:

powdered sugar
almond flavoring
a few drops of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, eggs and oil well. If too sticky, add a little flour or if too dry, add a little water. Just make consistency of dough. I add almond flavoring to dough and roll into balls and smash into flat circles with a glass coated in sugar.

Bake at 350 for approx. 12 minutes or until edges begin to turn brown.

Mix icing with whisk until glossy. Ice cookies and while sticky, add sliced almonds.
