1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups chopped celery
1 envelope onion soup mix
10 cups seasoned bread cubes
2 Tbsp minced parsley
2 eggs, well-beaten
2/3 cup hot water
1 cup English walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter. Saute celery until tender. Add onion soup mix. In large bowl, combine bread cubes, parsley and eggs. Add celery mixture and toss until blended.

Sprinkle on water and stir lightly. Stuff loosely into turkey.
