Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in a little more than 1/4 cup warm water. Sprinkle 2 tsp sugar over the yeast. Let stand 10 minutes.

Combine 2 cups warm water, 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp melted shortening, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp salt.

Mix together with yeast. Add enough flour to make a soft dough, about 8 cups. Let rise until double in size. Make into rolls and let raise. Bake at 400 until brown--about 10 minutes.
