Ingredients:
1 3/4 c milk ( warmed )
2 pkg yeast
1/4 - 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 c softened margarine
5 - 6 c flour - divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the milk, yeast and sugar. Stir and let dissolve. In a larger bowl, stir together the egg, salt, margarine, 3 cups of flour, and the milk mixture. Stir well, cover and let rise. Add 1 cup of flour, mix well. Stir in more flour if needed to make dough not 'sticky'. The less flour added the softer the roll will be. Pinch off ping pong ball size pieces of dough. Place into a greased pan. Let set 30 minutes then bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes, until a light golden brown.
