1 (4.9 oz. pkg.) Hungry Jack Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes
2 c. water, very warm
1 c. heavy cream
1/2-1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
6 large eggs
2 T. Grated Parmesan cheese
Non-stick cooking spray, as needed

Directions:

Heat oven to 425. Spray bottom of 8x12 (2-quart) glass baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Place potato slices in prepared dish. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients (including sauce packet), except the Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth. Add to potatoes. Mix well. (Potatoes should be completely covered with cream mixture.) Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
